The contracted rates will be honored up to 3 days before and 3 days after the meeting dates, based on availability.
Check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time for all guests is 11 a.m. Keystone will offer a remote check-in for InnEdCO Conference Guests on Monday, June 22 from 4pm-8pm. Guests checking in outside these hours may check-in at the front desks for their reserved accommodations.
If you are unable to attend the conference you must cancel your registration by Monday, May 29, 2017, to receive a full refund less a $45 processing fee. Refunds will not be given to registrants who fail to attend or do not cancel by May 29th. No refunds will be given on-site. Refund requests must be in writing and emailed to Gigi.
PROOF OF TAX EXEMPTION FOR YOUR ORGANIZATION:
If your organization qualifies for sales tax exemption, the proper documentation is REQUIRED prior to or at the time of check-in, or Keystone Resort will apply tax to your lodging charges.
